POWELLS POINT, N.C. — Fifteen college men’s golf teams start three days of tournament play Sunday at Kilmarlic Golf Club in Powells Point, where Old Dominion stages the 16th annual ODU/OBX Intercollegiate through Tuesday.
The Currituck County course plays to a par of 71 and 6,578 yards for the event. Each day brings one round, with split-tee starts. Opening-round groups go off between 8:30 and 10:36 a.m. on Sunday and Monday, and the final round shifts earlier, with tee times from 8 to 10:06 a.m.
Virginia programs William & Mary, James Madison and Longwood join the host Monarchs, and East Carolina and Queens come in from elsewhere in North Carolina. Tennessee Tech, Saint Joseph’s, St. Bonaventure, Robert Morris, North Dakota, Murray State, La Salle, Georgetown and Drake round out the team field, and Duke has golfers entered as individuals.
William & Mary comes back as the defending team champion. The Tribe won the 2025 title at even par, 852, and sophomore Eli Felty took medalist honors a year ago. Felty arrives on a hot streak after a career-best 9-under 207 earlier this week at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate, where he tied for 12th. The Tribe has finished no worse than sixth in each of its four fall events, and this week closes its fall schedule.
Old Dominion counts on Quin Covington, James Page, Roman Roth, Joe MacPherson and Jakub Sutor for its team scores and will play its opening round grouped with Drake and James Madison. The Monarchs finished 13th in their own event last fall, when weather forced the format down to two days of 27 holes.
Live scoring will be posted on Scoreboard by Clippd throughout the event.
