He is survived by his brother Kurt Fletcher of Bedford and his sister Billie Haines, along with her spouse Andrew, and their children, Samuel and Margaret, who reside in Hollidaysburg. Firstly experiencing joy in his life through family, Scott married Jamie Sue (Bowser) on February 17, 1984, with whom he had two children: a daughter, Alexis Dawn, who tragically predeceased him on March 3, 2005, and a son, Brandon William Fletcher.
