ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Atlanta and Chicago each came away with a pair of fielding honors Sunday night when Rawlings named its 2026 Gold Glove Award winners, while Boston and Arizona led the majors with three apiece.

For the Braves, first baseman Matt Olson collected the fourth Gold Glove of his career, tying Houston’s Christian Walker for the most among this year’s group. Olson won the award with Atlanta in 2025 and twice earlier with Oakland, in 2018 and 2019. He topped all first basemen with 12 Outs Above Average and was credited with 11 Defensive Runs Saved.

Mauricio Dubon, who moved all around the field in his first year in Atlanta, won in the National League utility category. It is his third Gold Glove after two with Houston, in 2023 and 2025.

On the North Side, center fielder Pete Crow-Armstrong repeated as the league’s best at his position, beating out Andy Pages of the Dodgers and Michael Harris of the Braves. Third baseman Alex Bregman earned his second Gold Glove, his first since 2024 with Houston, and no Chicago player at that position had taken the honor since Ron Santo in 1968.

Three other Chicago finalists came up short. Ian Happ, a winner the previous four years, saw the left field award go to Milwaukee, and Arizona swept the awards that went to Seiya Suzuki’s and Dansby Swanson’s positions, with Corbin Carroll in right and Geraldo Perdomo at shortstop. The Mets’ Nolan McLean won among NL pitchers.

Nine of this year’s winners are first-timers. Managers and up to six coaches per club vote within their own league and cannot pick their own players, with a defensive analytics index counting for roughly a quarter of the result. Fan voting for the Platinum Glove runs through Thursday, Nov. 5, and those winners will be revealed Nov. 6 in New York.
