CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte FC turned a two-goal deficit into a 3-2 win over FC Dallas on a rain-soaked Saturday night at Bank of America Stadium, with Idan Toklomati scoring the winner in the second minute of stoppage time.

For most of the night the home side looked headed for a second straight shutout loss. Dallas had the only goals for the first 69 minutes. Logan Farrington opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, finishing a cross from Herman Johansson at the edge of the 6-yard box, and Petar Musa doubled the lead in the 64th minute off a delivery from Santiago Moreno.

The Musa goal was his 19th of the regular season, a franchise record for Dallas that breaks the mark of 18 he had tied a year ago.

Charlotte answered quickly. Toklomati pulled one back in the 70th minute with Allan Saint-Maximin supplying the assist, his sixth in 10 matches with the club. Less than four minutes later Toklomati set up Harry Toffolo for a tying header, the first goal of Toffolo’s Charlotte career.

The winner came deep into added time when Toklomati ran in from the left and tapped home a pass from Pep Biel. That gave him two goals and an assist on the night and 11 goals this season.

Goalkeeper Kristijan Kahlina made four saves for Charlotte. The result lifts the club to 13-8-7 with 46 points and keeps a run of points in nine of its last 10 matches. Charlotte had dropped a 1-0 decision to Chicago on Sept. 26 in its previous match.

Dallas fell to 13-7-8 with 47 points, and the loss ended a six-game unbeaten run for the visitors.
